As we made our way from the Mediterranean Sea
through the Bosphorus to the Black Sea our
vessel stopped in Istanbul where I purchased
some great cymbals which you can hear in a
video I posted on You Tube. Afterward I
walked through the small music retail
district at the top of the hill where I
filmed some fascinating drumming that has
now become another installment in the "Chronicles".
Currently I am on my way to Brazil, where
perhaps I'll be able to capture more sound
recordings to share. STAY TUNNED!!!
